1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream style corn
1 (8 oz) package jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serves 6 - 8.
Cheddar cheese can be sprinkled on the top and returned to oven to melt for 5 to 10 minutes. This makes it SUPER rich.
